Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping Options
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (before tax). This offer applies to domestic shipments within the contiguous United States only. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order minimum is met.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high-volume shipping periods (such as holidays). We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been handed off.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at [email protected] and we will attempt to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and household members. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to investigate and find a resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside the contiguous United States. We are working to expand our shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
