Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping is 2–3 business days, and overnight shipping delivers in 1 business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express shipping is $12.99, and overnight shipping is $24.99 regardless of order value.
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding to additional regions. Please check back or sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you don't receive your tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected].
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.
We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size or color. This ensures the fastest turnaround. Email us at [email protected] to start the return process.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that window, we may have already begun processing your order. Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order enters our fulfillment system.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted checkout. We do not store your card information.

Yes, absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. All transactions are encrypted via SSL, and payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal's secure platform — we never see or store your full card details. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but we're working on gift card options. Our packaging is clean and professional — suitable for gifting. If you're ordering a gift, leave a note in the message field at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
