Return & Refund Policy

At Gos Mow (operated by CREATE DREAM TECH LLC), we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns easy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition — unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
  • Item must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items (marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" at checkout)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Gos Mow is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and product availability.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the credit to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. After that window, we may have already begun processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
